This collection showcases ageability of our Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon. We have produced this wine every year since 1992 using fruit from premium Napa Valley vineyards. Each lot is fermented, barrel aged, and evaluated separately for one year before blending. The final wine blend spends its second and third year in neutral oak, slowly increasing in concentration, complexity, and balance.
